Free Shipping within the US

Packages less than 1 lb will ship USPS First Class. Packages over 1 lb may ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Extra Fees: Inquire about upgraded faster shipping cost quote BEFORE completing your order.
For international shipping, please request a quote and time estimate.

Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 3 business days.

Custom orders timelines will be agreed upon by both parties at time of invoice.

Most packages ship in reusable Polymailers. re-used, or  reusable cardboard boxes.
If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation!

 

I gladly accept returns.

Conditions of return:

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Returns will be refunded via original payment, minus a restocking fee that will include initial shipping charges and payment processing fees.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) including cloth face covers.
